Throughout my 37-year career, I have specialized in international strategy, leadership, and business development. I have held senior roles in corporate transformation, branding, and commercial growth in diverse cultural environments such as France, Turkey, and Spain. Working for eight years in Paris at the world’s largest luxury group, Louis Vuitton & Moët Hennessy (LVMH), and twenty years at Turkey’s largest conglomerate, Koç Group, I have led the growth strategies of global companies.
 
✅In Paris, as Business Development Director, I coordinate synergy and growth projects for the brands of the LVMH group.
✅In Istanbul, as Business Development Director responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions at Koç Group, I coordinated Arçelik’s first three international company and brand acquisitions in Germany, Austria, and Romania.
✅In Istanbul, As International Sales and Business Development Director, I managed 12 Arçelik subsidiaries in Europe, leading them to generate an annual revenue of €900 million.
✅In Barcelona, for 11 years, as CEO of Beko Spain-Portugal-South America, I transformed the brand, elevating it from the 23rd position to the 3rd in just six years. Together with my team, we successfully executed a major commercial turnaround, significantly improving sales and profitability.
 
✅Since 2021, I have focused on executive coaching, becoming an ICF-certified coach. To date, I have conducted over 1,000 coaching sessions in French, Turkish, and English, helping leaders develop themselves, make effective decisions, strengthen their teams, and optimize their business processes.
